To thank you for your continued participation and support, this semester only we are offering a $25 Corporate discount and a $15 Standard discount during early registration dates. This offer is good for Fall 2009 and Spring 2009 participants ONLY.
Corporate Sponsor A choice reserved location for your table; at which you will be identified as a corporate sponsor. Space for two representatives, two lunches, two parking passes, table, two chairs, umbrella or canopy. Your company profile, job opportunities, and sponsorship is promoted to students:

In event advertising in Fullerton College Hornet newspaper and campus radio stations.

FULLERTON COLLEGE WORKFORCE CENTER JOB FAIR AGREEMENT FORM The Participant agrees to the following: 1. The Fullerton College Workforce Center (FCWC) Workforce Center Coordinator and the Dean of Counseling, or their nominee, shall be administratively responsible for the event. 2. Due to space limitations, FCWC reserves the right to choose the Participants for the event. 3. FCWC shall provide one (1) table, two (2) chairs, one (1) umbrella, continental breakfast and boxed lunch per confirmed participating company. Corporate Sponsors will receive choice reserved tables. For non-corporate sponsors, area selection is on a “first come, first serve” basis on the day of the event. 4. Employers are not allowed to bring any type of canopy or umbrellas. The WFC will provide umbrellas. 5. FCWC shall provide electricity in limited areas. Copying services is not available. 6. The Participant will be charged $25 each for each additional representative (over 2) at the event. 7. The Participant shall be responsible for the unloading and loading of their equipment from the appropriate areas only. 8. The Participant shall be financially responsible if the payment check is returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. A $25 charge will charged for all returned checks. 9. FCWC shall not grant any payment refunds after October 21, 2009, to confirmed Participants. 10. No sales of any kind are permitted. The Participant personally agrees to indemnify and save harmless the North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD), its officers, agents and employees, and the Fullerton College Workforce Center, its officers, agents and employees, from every liability, loss, damage, theft, vandalism, or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by any reason to the Participant’s property, including Fullerton College's property, or death or injury to persons including Fullerton College's personnel, resulting from or in any way arising out of the Participan's presence at the event, and from any and all claims and losses accruing to or resulting from any and all persons or groups in connection with the event. The Participant shall provide the compensation insurance at his/her own expense. The Participant further agrees to be personally responsible on behalf of his/her organization for any damage sustained by the school premises, furniture, or equipment because of the use or occupancy of said premises by his/her organization and to abide by and enforce the rules, regulations, and policies of the NOCCCD governing the use of school facilities and equipment. The Participant shall abide by all regulations stipulated in the NOCCCD policies and procedures concerning drugs, alcohol, and conduct on campus.
