Thank you for considering Fullerton College Students for your job openings!

We have over 20,000 students enrolled who are looking for part-time, full-time and internship opportunities.  We have wide variety of student population attending Fullerton and Cypress Colleges.  Some students are here to receive their Associate in Arts or Science Degrees in various disciplines or in the many Certificate Programs that we offer.  Other students already have their Bachelor's and Master's degrees and are returning to update or gain new skills for employment purposes.  Each student has skills and experiences that could be of great value to your company.

How Do I Post Job Opportunities?

1. Workforce Center On-Campus Job Boards:  We can post your job opportunities on a special job board near our Quad and a set of clipboards in our office.  Just fill out a job posting form and return it to us.  Our staff will post a summary of the job description and qualifications you provide on the
    FC Job Posting Form.  Students will then need to come into our office to obtain the company and application information.
   **This form is for on-campus boards ONLY, please contact MonsterTRAK to place ads online.**
   
    
2. Fullerton College Job Board on MonsterTRAK 
   Call MonsterTRAK at 800-999-8725 or visit their website and let them know that Fullerton College referred you.  This is the most effective way to reach our students because the listings are available to them online 7 days a week.  These jobs are also listed on our on-campus boards.  You can also choose to list your job openings with additional local schools.  In addition, using MonsterTRAK helps make free student services like the Workforce Center possible.
   
    
3. Workforce Center sponsored Job Fairs:  We host a Job Fair every semester, giving employers opportunities to directly recruit students for positions with their companies. The Workforce Center hosts a job fair each semester.   Our next job fair is Wednesday, October 22, 2008.

                   

4. Official Campus Publicity Boards:  You must bring in each flyer (max 10 flyers) you will post to the Student Affairs Office, Room 223, for an approval stamp (NO FAXES PLEASE).  Please call (714) 992-7095 for hours of operation.  The cost is $9.00 for 9 Flyers (Free to non-profit agencies), cash or check made payable to Fullerton College.  Employer must abide by FC Publicity codes and post only in designated areas.  Flyers will be posted for 2 weeks.

5. Free Publicity Board:  There is one board located west of the Library building, posting is free of charge.  Flyers may be posted using masking tape.  Warning:  flyers may get covered by other postings.

6. On-Campus Recruitment:  Come on campus and recruit students throughout the semester.  On-Campus recruitment dates can be reserved through our Master Calendar at:
